5 Steps To Get Your Custom Sample
Step 1: Tech Pack & Spec Review
Submit your design files, logo, or simply a rough concept. Our on-site engineering team will evaluate the structural feasibility, material requirements, and provide a quick quotation within 12 hours.
Step 2: 3D Digital Mockups & DFM
Before any physical tooling begins, our design team creates high-fidelity 3D digital renderings for your visual confirmation, ensuring your logo placement and Pantone colors are 100% accurate.
Step 3: Rapid In-House Fabrication
Once approved, your sample goes straight to our production floor. We use actual mass-production materials (e.g., 18/8 Stainless Steel, Tritan) to craft your prototype, ensuring authentic weight, feel, and thermal performance.
Step 4: Laboratory Quality Testing
Unlike trading companies, we don’t just “look” at the sample. Every prototype passes through our proprietary QC lab for extreme temperature retention tests, vacuum leak checks, and coating durability validation.
Step 5: Global Express Dispatch
Your approved sample is securely packaged and dispatched globally via DHL/FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking number immediately, getting the physical product into your hands in just a few days.
Sample Fee Policy: A nominal fee is required for custom OEM samples. However, 100% of this sample fee will be fully credited/refunded towards your first official bulk order.
