360° Traceable Quality Control System
IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
We reject substandard materials at the door. Every batch of stainless steel, Tritan, and silicone undergoes material composition analysis (Spectrometry) to verify 100% food-grade compliance before entering the warehouse.
IPQC (In-Process Quality Control)
Our line inspectors monitor real-time data on the factory floor. We strictly control vacuum brazing temperatures, welding seam integrity, and molding precision to prevent defects during active production.
FQC (Final Quality Control)
100% Vacuum Testing. Unlike competitors who do random checks, EVERY single double-wall vessel passes through our temperature-retention testing machine before being cleared for surface coating.
OQC (Outgoing Quality Control)

Strict AQL Standards
We do not “casually pick” samples. Golmate strictly adheres to the internationally recognized Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standards (Level II, Major 1.5 / Minor 4.0) for all outgoing shipments. You will receive a detailed, transparent QC Inspection Report before paying the final balance.
