Welcome to Golmate (www.golmate.com). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your B2B purchasing relationship with us. By accessing our website or placing an order for our OEM/ODM drinkware manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. B2B Business Nature Golmate is a direct manufacturer and B2B wholesale supplier of stainless steel water bottles, vacuum flasks, tumblers, and related drinkware. Our website and services are intended exclusively for businesses, brands, distributors, and corporate buyers. We do not facilitate B2C retail transactions on this platform.

2. Intellectual Property Rights All content on this website, including but not limited to factory photography, product images, 3D renderings, text, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of Golmate and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized downloading, copying, or use of our factory images by competitors or unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

3. Client’s Intellectual Property (OEM/ODM) When you provide us with your brand logos, custom designs, or technical drawings for OEM/ODM production, you warrant that you hold the legal rights to use such intellectual property. Golmate respects your proprietary designs; custom private molds developed exclusively for your brand will not be sold to third parties without your written consent.

4. Product Descriptions and Manufacturing Tolerances We strive to display our products, specifications, and insulation performance data as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of mass manufacturing:

• Color Variances: Actual powder coating or paint colors may differ slightly from what you see on your monitor.
• Capacity/Size Tolerances: Minor manufacturing tolerances in capacity or weight are standard in the stainless steel drinkware industry.
• Final mass production will strictly follow the pre-production sample (PPS) approved by you.

5. Sample and Pricing Policy

• Samples: We may provide free regular samples for quality checks; however, the buyer is responsible for international shipping costs (e.g., DHL/FedEx).
• Custom Samples & Tooling: Custom prototypes or new mold creations require a sampling/tooling fee, which may be refundable upon reaching an agreed mass production order quantity (MOQ).
• Pricing: All prices provided via quotes are subject to change based on raw material costs (e.g., stainless steel market prices) and currency exchange rates. Quotes are typically valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golmate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our website, production delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, global shipping delays), or the use of our manufactured products.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or manufacturing contracts shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guangzhou.
